# Hero Rating

     Hero rating system is based on “ELO Rating”. The higher your rating, the less you can win an in event, and thus more you can lose.

  

> #### **All players start at an even 1000 Hero rating each season.** 

### Payouts Example (Based on 1000 Hero Rating for everyone)

**Example:**  In the above example as you can see, some players lost more rating than others due to them having a higher rating.
