Welcome to Heroes of Holdem! Before you begin using our services, kindly read and accept the following terms and conditions. By creating an account and accessing our game platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to adhere to the rules stated in this User Terms of Service Agreement.
Account Creation and Use: a. Each user is permitted to create and operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by a single user is strictly prohibited. b. Playing with someone in the same household on separate accounts is also forbidden.
Account Termination: a. If a user is discovered to have multiple accounts or is found playing with someone in the same household, their account(s) will be immediately banned without prior notice.
Botting and Use of Scripts: a. The use of bots or scripts to automate actions or gain an unfair advantage within the game is strictly forbidden. b. Any user found employing botting or scripts will face immediate account termination.
Gaming the System: a. Engaging in any form of activity aimed at manipulating or unfairly gaming the game system, leaderboard rankings, or rewards is prohibited. b. Users found to be gaming the system will be subject to account termination. c. Colluding with others to game the system or create any advantages or rewards will result in an instant ban. d. Joining contests and not actively playing for the sole purpose of farming H$RO tokens can result in an immediate ban. e. Creating multiple referral accounts for the sole purpose of becoming a "Qualified Referral" then no longer player is a blatant attempt to defraud the rankings. f. Joining SNGs with multiple accounts to rank up accounts or convert accounts to "Qualified Referrals" status.
Age Restriction: a. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and access our services. b. By creating an account, users affirm that they are of legal age to participate in online gaming in their jurisdiction.
Legal Compliance: a. It is the responsibility of users to ensure that participating in Heroes of Holdem is legal in their jurisdiction. b. Users must not access our services if such access violates any applicable laws or regulations.
Fair Play and Sportsmanship: a. We expect all users to exhibit fair play and sportsmanship while participating in the game. b. Any form of cheating, exploiting bugs, or harassing other players will not be tolerated and may lead to account termination.
Intellectual Property: a. All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Heroes of Holdem belong to us. b. Users agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our content without prior written consent.
User Conduct: a. Users are responsible for their conduct while using our services. b. Users agree not to engage in any unlawful, abusive, or harmful behavior.
Privacy Policy: a. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect user data and is incorporated into this agreement by reference. b. By using our services, users consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Refund Policy: a. We do not offer refunds for any purchases or transactions made within our game platform. b. In the event Heroes of Holdem never leaves Beta you are NOT subject to a refund on any purchases made within the Beta test. Purchases include Heroes, Chests, Skins or any other purchases in the marketplace including purchases made with H$RO tokens, cryptocurrency or credit cards. c. In the event Enefty Gaming files bankruptcy, you are not entitled to a refund on any purchases made.
Account Security: a. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials, including their password. b. Users must not share their account information with others or use passwords that are easily guessable.
Modification of Terms: a. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. b. Users will be notified of any changes through our platform or associated communication channels.
Termination of Services: a. We reserve the right to terminate our services or individual user accounts at any time, with or without cause.
Disclaimer of Warranty: a. Our services are provided "as is," and we do not provide any warranty or guarantee of uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability: a. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Governing Law: a. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA.
Paid advertisers such as influencers, twitter, Facebook, tiktok, or any other social media companies or individual person's that were hired will be excluded from winning any referral contest leaderboard prizes.
By creating an account and using Heroes of Holdem, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not create an account or access our services.
